Private Beta Terms | DearConcierge

These terms describe the limited, invite-only DearConcierge private beta. They are written to be clear about what is available today and what remains a future product direction. Last updated: 14 July 2026.

1. Private beta status

DearConcierge is an evolving, single-user personal planning service. Access is by invitation only and may change, pause or end as the product is tested. Beta access does not create a commitment to launch a public service, maintain a particular feature or provide a specific service level.

2. What the service does

The beta can turn connected planning information and messages you choose to provide into briefs, suggestions and bounded planning actions. Suggestions are decision support, not professional, medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. You remain responsible for reviewing any proposal before relying on it.

3. Your account and connected services

Keep your access credentials secure and connect only services you are authorised to use. DearConcierge must not be used to access another person’s account or to process data in breach of their rights. You can disconnect an integration at any time; see the Privacy Policy for the related data-handling details.

4. Approval and safe operation

DearConcierge is designed to propose, explain and obtain approval for broad external changes. You should check a proposal’s timing, recipients and impact before approving it. If the service behaves unexpectedly, stop using the affected integration and contact support.

5. Availability and feedback

Beta features may contain errors and availability is not guaranteed. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it to improve DearConcierge without compensation, while you retain rights in your own content. Please do not send secrets, emergency requests or data that is unnecessary for your feedback.

6. Ending access

You may stop using the beta at any time. We may suspend or end access where necessary for security, legal compliance or responsible product operation. You can request deletion of your account and connected data using the data-deletion process.
