Product support
For an access problem, unexpected suggestion, integration question or data request, email [email protected]. Please include the time of the issue and a short description; do not include passwords, OAuth tokens or unnecessary sensitive information.
Responsible disclosure
If you believe you have found a security weakness, email [email protected] with “DearConcierge security report” in the subject. Please give us enough detail to reproduce the issue and avoid accessing, changing or disclosing another person’s data. We will acknowledge a good-faith report and work to understand and address it.
