Data Deletion | DearConcierge
You can ask DearConcierge to delete your account and connected data. During the private beta, this request is handled directly by the operator.
Request deletion
Email [email protected] from the email address connected to DearConcierge, with “DearConcierge data deletion request” in the subject. Do not include passwords, OAuth tokens or copies of identity documents unless we specifically and lawfully need further verification.
What happens next
- We verify that the request comes from, or is authorised by, the affected account holder.
- We stop active use of connected data and remove stored integration credentials.
- We delete connected-source data and derived planning data that is no longer required.
- We confirm completion or explain any limited retention required by law.
What may remain temporarily
Minimal records may remain for a limited time where needed for legal obligations, security investigation, dispute resolution or backup rotation. They are not used for active planning. See the Privacy Policy for the retention approach.
Disconnecting an integration
You can also disconnect an integration to stop future retrieval of its data. Disconnecting removes the relevant connection secret and permitted cached integration data; account deletion removes the broader personal-planning record subject to the limited retention described above.
